No-Fault Divorce
In California there is a no-fault state rule which is on the grounds of divorce, the spouse asking for the termination of their marriage agreement does not have to prove the opposing party did something wrong. Although California has these regulations under certain circumstances, due to the actions from the opposing party may constitute for things in their favor such as property, child custody, etc. There is a waiting period of six months before a divorce can be finalized for any petitions to the motion.
